I'm Having Problems with Dangle

i'm making character need hoodie strings dangle. i'm confused on how dangle tools works, i've watched videos, still don't have understanding on do. i'll link file, names don't hoodie strings, because copied layers adobe puppet. layers called scarf, here's file if need it: dropbox - nintend0nerd puppet.psd

try this:

 

• the origin handle outside of top part of string. try putting inside.
• if want hoodie string, try making straight , down default state.
• with puppet selected in timeline, twirl down dangle behavior on right , play spring stiffness. when did above 2 things , set spring stiffness 25 getting results.
