Adobe Audition CS5 Multitrack Template Files Missing?

hi, i'm new adobe audition , seem not have multitrack templates. wanted use bass drop template, when click on template, says none. next yellow triangle "!" , reads, "the preferred location session templates not located. please consult preferences and/or media" i looked through /documents/adobe/audition/5.0, and file empty.

someone please tell me how fix or download template files.

in current release, default path templates is:

c:\users\public\public documents\adobe\audition\8.0\session templates

and suspect path 5.0 same, 8.0 replaced 5.0.

 

one of problems session templates aren't part of auto-restore system, if lose them, way them (it appear) reinstall software.

 

initially though, i'd got edit>preferences>media , disk cache , see path set. 1 odd thing noticed here path in audition shown 'documents' if browse using os path 'public documents'. dunno why @ all...

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
