Captivate Drag Target to play audio ?

i making drag , drop file children selecting animals , not

 

they drag animals grass , items not animals bin

 

is possible drag interaction select play animals sounds. example click cat , meows, click dog barks ?

could please tell version using? possible, easier in captivate 9, using inbuilt states objects in captivate 8 limited using object actions. more info last scenario:

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
