Help! Creating a Mobile App

hello, i'm creating mobile app using flash pro cc. have conquered design , creating navigation of app want kind of facebook or snapchat feature without using respected services. im trying bit more unique. there anyway create "social wall" users can post pics/comments/videos app using mobile device?

 

is there way setup sign in page well?

 

can these done using sort of scripting?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
