i just got DC and cant work my pdf files like before such as insert and extract any ideas of what i could be missing

does know how can old version of acorbat reader rather dc cant figure out how insert , extract pdf

are trying insert pages pdf or extract pages out of it?

reader software used view pdf files, not extract or insert pages pdf, purpose need use acrobat standard or pro version.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
