Upgraded from LR4 to Lr6, application found serial number but not a qualifying product was not found, can you help me complete installation of lr6?

purchased upgrade adobe lr4 lr6.  when installing lr6 software, installer recognizes lr4 serial number cannot find application on computer.  continue installation process, must provide serial number lr 4.  can find lr 4 serial number.  when purchasing software, adobe able display lr4 serial number in order process upgrade purchase.  here screenshot of display.  can find lr4 serial number can continue installing lr6?

as have upgraded  lightroom 6 version 4, need previous version serial number can find under products have registered. please refer find adobe product serial number quickly

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
