Which body parts are accepted in layer names?

the tutorial says can name layers body parts eyes, mouth, chest, etc. there list of body parts recognizable? , + symbol mean in front of each layer name? haven't been able find documentation anywhere.

on page 9 there section body layers

 

on page 11 talks warp control, , says "+" sign part warp independently

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
