Page tool window won't scroll

since updating indesign cc 2015, pages dialogue box won't let me scroll down see , select of pages. can scroll partway down, instance, view page thumbnails of 1-57, cannot scroll further, see rest of pages (in specific example 89 page document. case in documents, though, regardless of how many pages. i've attached screenshot of page dialogue box there 89 total pages, cannot scroll down past point shows select or rearrange of hidden pages.screen shot 2015-10-08 @ 2.33.59 pm.png

restore indesign preferences:

 

trash, replace, reset, or restore application preferences

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
