Need to substitute blue skies for fair to bad skies for professional clientek

i professional architectural photographer , new client insists perfect blue skies behind every building shoot her. they're cloudy, rained, or half white/half blue (early in morning). how substitute beautiful blue skies in finished photos in photoshop cc? friend of hers image editor has down criticizes imperfect results. need next shoot come out wonderful, or large contracting firm represents find photographer. first few images took loved, hated last 1 uneven, , taken during hectic work week little editing time.

 

thank any of can be. has learned quickly, shoot restaurant tomorrow morning @ 8.30 after day of solid rain.
