Continually running out of diskspace due to adobegc files

continually receiving windows system messages being out of disk space. have traced issue accumulation of adobe log files located in c:\users\<userid>\appdata\local\temp namedadobegc<date><time>.log. these logs files created @ rate of once hour , 6.5 gb in size. can delete logs don't know how prevent them accumulating begin with.


i have seen other versions of question; closed , not answered; need fix asap; running out of disk space every day!

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! How to use PF_PROGRESS function
