Image size mismatch

hopefully screen capture below demonstrates issue. keep getting 'image being upsized' warning image. image's actual size 1027x133, sizes in muse on place, , can see, it's not being upsized.

pngs can have invisible regions may confuse programs. open file in photoshop , crop it, making sure choose delete content outside crop area , save it, preferably using save web option ensure has been stripped of extraneous content, including metadata, may hold wrong image size info.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
