Precise positioning of direction point (anchor handle)

for anchor point, there way move handle vertically, or position handle precisely @ given coordinates? can move handle on straight horizontal line pressing shift , dragging it; can done vertically too?

shiftclickdrag can used @ every 45 degrees, including vertical/horizontal both ways (8 directions in total).

 

the basic grid snapping gone.

 

you can make them snap create.
