Unsuccessful error when trying to upload a Signed document to EchoSign

i trying upload signed document echosign (cloud, assume), getting error didn't work every time try. help?

i have done before, few months ago, on same machine without issues, it's not working me today reason.

i've tried without having logged adobe id account, , logged in , have been trying ever since.

i sign document, "proceed send" it, , in next screen select "send via email."

it tries upload document, loading bar goes 0 (sometimes nothing error message, 100 , same error message), getting error message afterwards.

the error says "an error occurred while trying echosign..."

i connected internet, , can't figure out why won't work me.

any suggestions?

do have save copy of first?

please try clearing cache , delete browser cookies , check again.

if not help, please try using different browser , check.
