Why do I lose audio after hitting FF in Captivate that is published to SCORM on an LMS?

published in scorm2004 lms; hit ff in playback, play, why lose audio?

which version of captivate using, go > adobe captivate ?

 

which lms using ?

 

does behaves same other projects or 1 in particular?

 

have tried play project locally , without uploading on lms ?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
