Any ideas on how to actually get customer support from Adobe? My order won't complete and no one will help me.


i ordered acrobat dc pro student 11 days ago on phone, sales rep said not need submit proof since used school email login username. log in couple days later download , install adobe, says order still processing, take 24 hours, check back. few days later, email stating need log in, , click on "submit proof" link complete order. there not , never has been "submit proof" link anywhere on of account pages, try online chat help, , wait on 20 minutes, no response, next day call tech support, sales rep told me if had problems, tells me use online chat , says bye! has else had level of difficulty in obtaining software?? if has ideas, grateful next, besides calling credit card company , stopping payment adobe.

well yay, after hour of waiting support, got it.

will 1st , last pretty pennies ever give adobe.

support agent helpful, other 11 days of aggravation , ineptitude on adobe's part won't forgotten anytime soon.
