Lightroom - Not Responding

i installed fresh copy of lightroom cc 2015.2.1, , becoming unresponsive, have previous versions of cc installed , ran out issue. i've been watching taskmanager , process being marked not responding. continually occurs clears , reoccurs. has made lightroom unusable. looking through forums have update video drivers latest, nvidia 358.50 has not resolved problem, have disabled gpu acceleration. still no change.

even leaving alone doing nothing, flicks in , out of not responding state.

the process sits @ 2 - 2.5 gb of ram , ~0.2% cpu increasing 45% when something.

i created new catalog, equally no change.

 

any suggestions, other going bridge , ps. can install previous known version though cc.

 

my set :

windows10

i7 - 2600 @3.4ghz

16gb ram

nvidia 670

working hard drives ssd + spindles archives.
