Photoshop El Capitan directories not showing up

when go save file on mac, directory started in, no other directories show did before installed mac os upgrade. still them in word mac, though. i've spoken apple, , suggested ask here if else has had issue or knows solution it.

could please elaborate more confirm directories unable see in os save dialog in photoshop?

is favorites directory?

 

if possible, please share screenshot of os save window.
