Can curriculum framework be custom-made?

i want know if curriculum framework can custom-made.

for explame, can adjust position of volume button , search bar? 2 buttons!

if yes, how should pay?

it sounds referring playbar in project skin.

 

you can customize (to limited extent) buttons appear , colours used via project > skin editor settings dialog.

 

however, moving items around on playbar not possible without engaging professional programming expertise.  need discuss customizations had in mind before give pricing estimate kind of work.  not easy procure.
