Director ipa file size limit

i have managed export director file , using swf video there. swf files though embedded ipa file when exporting director making quite large in terms of filesize. there file size limit? read somewhere ipa file cannot exceed 60mb, correct? don't want go through whole process find apple rejects because exceeds ipa file size limit.

no - incorrect - there no 60mb limit!

 

the current size limit ipa file 4gb, a 100mb over-the-air download limit.

 

you spoke using swf video in ipa file - not right. (if can still play swf videos in you're ipa file, you're using old 32 bit 'otto' , can't publish app store)

you maybe building side loading ipa file fine still use old 32 bit 'otto' file, if want able publish apple app store, ipa file must 64bit.

 

so if trying make 64bit apple ios ipa file using director - going need new 64 bit 'otto' file - (which not work flash xtra)

you're either going need buy rj's ios add-on xtras pack, allows ios video playback, or remove swf videos ipa file.
