Making a button out of many objects or a layer doesn't work. Why?

hello,

i want make clickable wireframes of mobile application. want save in end swf , make wireframes linked each other.

 

when click on button menu layer or more 1 objects should seen when want create button out of more 1 object option can set name layer or more 1 objects dissapear.

 

so can't make button out of layer or many opjects , can't let menu appear if user clicks on menu button.

 

how solve problem?

hello can me? want create wireframe clickable swf, want layers appear on mouseclick.
