why cant i save images from creative cloud to iphone

i downloaded creative cloud on iphone, can see images i've saved on computer in creative cloud. wont let me save them! keeps saying "saving image" loading sign spinning. no matter how long wait , keep tapping screen keep locking, wont save. if doesn't or won't work need alternative solution getting images laptop iphone. (and yes ive saved album iphone thru itunes, wont pull pictures can post them instagram..)

also, want full resolution images saved on iphone, not 200-500kb versions.. in advance!
