Can't anyone help me restore my Creative Cloud App's access to the internet?

at point, have spent 6 hours trying resolve w/ adobe tech support , customer service (case # 0187197165), , no 1 seems able resolve problem. there's bit of potentially useful history needed here, bear me, want try factors listed.

i , coworker installed creative cloud in spring of 2014 - on mac , windows 7/office 2007 pc me. installation , operations worked great , there no problems. summer, discovered our company eligible discounted "educators" cc option, signed for. once new agreement activated, discontinued old agreement.

since then, whenever used of our cc apps, both consistently experienced notifications told cc couldn't access server, , our service discontinued mid-november. contacted tech support try , issue resolved. assumed trial version error , had me uninstall & reinstall cc desktop app, , adobe products. since first call, cc desktop shows error states i'm not connected internet or clock incorrect. neither case. @ point i've have 3 bomgar sessions, own efforts discussions pages, , nothing seems work. far, in various combinations, have:

-turned off firewall & antivirus software

-i've uninstalled , reinstalled cc

-turned off firewall & antivirus software

-tuned on/off proxy server settings

-confirmed required portals in work network not blocked

-removed adobe products, both manually , adobe creative cloud cleaner tool

-removed adobe entries in registry

-confirmed no adobe entries exist in 'hosts" file (both manually , adobe creative cloud cleaner tool)

all of above 1) done both @ office , @ home, confirm work network wasn't problem - , 2) done in normal & safe mode w/ networking.

i able download cc home mac w/o problem, account working, doesn't prove there's not other artifact issue, , me no there. need on windows laptop or waste of money. also, doesn't explain why co-worker still having same initial "trial error" problem. have other suggestions?

also, fwiw - can't log in adobe site using ie or chrome, firefox. brushed aside when mentioned customer service, might salient.
