Come posso cambiare la mail associata al mio Adobe ID?

buongiorno,

 

la ditta che ha effettuato l'acquisto del piano adobe cc ha commesso un errore inserendo un indirizzo di posta errato.

cerco di modificarlo nella sezione "account", ma ottengo il messaggio "impossibile salvare le modifiche dell'account". come posso fare?

in sostanza, si tratta di modificare il mio adobe id. è possibile?

your adobe id, payment details, , adobe store purchase must associated same country.

due tax reasons, it's not possible change country associated existing adobe id.

as workaround, can create new adobe id email address associated current adobe id.  please see document instructions: change country associated adobe id

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
