Embedded youtube video works perfectly in app but not in web viewer?

hi there,

 

i'm trying understand what's going on here: embed youtube video (copy paste embed link indesign) , works in app i've gotten multiple people telling me when article shared (so people can see via desktop), embedded links no longer function? howcome? can make work in web viewer or not supported yet?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
