i unable access elements live , video editor , pop window says "the  adobe application not load there no internet"   tell me how make internet connection please.? should add have internet access other programs on pc

what version of premiere elements , computer operating system?

 

what part of world in (general area, not specific location)?. elive (elements live) feature not available in parts of world).

 

does internet connection message include mention computer clock.

you might want update adobe application manager.

if windows  adobe - adobe application manager : windows : adobe application manager

if mac  adobe - adobe application manager : macintosh : adobe application manager

 

please consider, , supply more information. and, can decide next.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
