My panel is not installing.

in photoshop cc 2014 had made panel of html buttons , packed zxp distributed co-workers. installed extension manager.

 

but since extension manager no longer viable cc 2015 update, had go through process of privately publishing zxp adobe exchange, create group , invite people.

now when visit https://creative.adobe.com/addons/my_addons see , have option "remove" it. , if click on add-ons or go photoshop in left side menu, shows , same button says "install". pressing install nothing, , don't have extension installed in photoshop. can't find hint or indication might wrong , documentation leads me in circles.

the extension manager function moved creative cloud desktop application can install extensions on adobe addons site.  third party extension installers. 

 

i found in case have many versions of ps of workstation , have cc 2014 , cc 2015 on surface pro 3. extensions disaster.  not installed version of ps on workstation receive message creative cloud extension installed , on surface pro 3 same extension message extension failed install.   able rid of extensions rid ot extension failed install message restarted surface pro 3.

 

old extensions min bridges not updated cc  there compatibility issues in extension not work in ps versions. support , not supported not handled extension manager function in creative cloud desktop application.  status shown on adobe addon site may not reflect status of add on 2 machines. shows single state.
