Send for Signature sends, but signatures don't show up

hello,

i discovered send signature tool in adobe acrobat pro dc, , set fillable signature fields, including emails of each of signers, 1 through 4. sent out - automatically going through emails people signing it, after 3 people have signed it, 1 of signatures shows up. can click on place other 2 signatures should be, , tells me transaction number valid, there nothing visible in field.

 

has had issue, , know how fix it?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
