User exits course during quiz, when they reload, quiz sticks and they can't click submit

hi all

 

i using cp8 , luminosity lms.  when user runs course, if exit whilst in quiz reload, message picking left off, gives option of ok or cancel.  regardless of 1 click takes user quiz slide on submit button doesn't work , can't move forward or continue end of test.

 

the thing can mark course not attempted in lms resets it.

 

is there have missed in reporting set causing this?

check quiz > settings > required drop down.  if it's set other optional, change it.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
