How can I add a hyper link to a quiz slide?

i trying have "hyperlink" available if learner gets question wrong first time.  want drive them tutorial video on website.  can't figure out how add "link" quiz slide - possible?

default question slides have strict rules, why cannot add hyperlinks. maybe possible use 'remediation' feature, allows send user 'content' slide, , using next button there them question slide without breaking quiz or question attempt (you remain in quiz scope). didn't try out, if put link on content slide open web link in separate window?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
