Problems with 500PX and new serial code for Adobe

i have gone through renewal 500 px awesome +adobe have not gotten +adobe. have written 500px numerious times without them answering me. subscription awesome, user: 4526530. send new serial code adobe havent. dont answer mails anymore. do? can serial code directly adobe?

since bought vendor, not direct adobe, don't think adobe give kind of code
