10 Free Images Promo - Existing Creative Cloud Subscription

the front page of adobe stock website promotes free month/10 images plan existing creative cloud users. seems there no way promotion online, through live chat, or through phone support. attempted "start now" on website once logged in. error message "there error upgrading plan." message occurs whether in ie or google chrome. previous forum entries suggest changing credit card details fix problem. still error after doing so.

 

i talked live chat. first person had no clue running promotion. after advising on website transferred me else. person had me try switch browsers again.

 

i called , spoke on phone. said have charge me $80 in order take advantage of promo , refunded month have paid creative cloud. seemed cancelling subscription , restarting me on new 1 adobe stock. makes no sense. why advertise promo free images cost me $80?

 

i want take advantage of promo on website. please advise.

we have couple of options:

 

1.  can try upgrade plan cc cc + stock, tried do.  create refund unused days on current plan , charge of $79.98 new plan (cc + stock)

2.  can contact sales add 10 images per month stock plan account - $29.99 - 800-585-0774

 

in both cases, when order has processed receive refund stock plan - $29.99
