Best format for importing clickable image

hi all,

 

i creating branching module.  main menu image need clickable, each of topics on image take user different slide.  best format importing image captivate 8?  have tried .jpg, .gif, .png, , .pptx.  words on slide appear blurry when tried formats. there way of placing image in captivate can format each of topics on menu direct user various slides?

the idea create image @ exact resolution need be, unless able create image responsive svg (in captivate 9 only, excluded since still on cp8). avoid rescaling, not use scalable output. recommend have different clickable parts separate images can used fill in shape button same resolution (size in pixels).

 

if need transparency in image, choice png. gif supports total transparency limited 256 colors. jpeg quality can different, don't tell quality used. pptx not image format, don't know why include @ all.

 

you talking 'text', why not insert text in captivate instead of turning image?
