How to create an Interactive Mall Stores Map like this: http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/map

hello guys, venezuela. have been looking info, searching, etc, etc bing venue maps because urgenlty need create or design venue map mall or stores map. this: http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/map . talked microsoft technician through email said me venue map not available on location (el tigre, estado anzoátegui, venezuela). name of mall san remo. please check post, man called ricky brundritt answered me: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/a2212500-6040-418d-833f-ea7aa7fbc5af/how-to -make-a-mall-venue-map?forum=bingmaps

i have questions:

1. why there no venue map through bing maps available on location? excuse ignorance don't understand that. very this: http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/map , want 1 on mall website.

i need interactive map, so, need users can switch (change) or choose desired floor, in order can see other stores , when put mouse on polygon/shape appear name of related store. think more second alternative:  http://porchcode.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/indoor%20mapping more dynamic or interactive , more colors. don't have idea of how begin , how link or connect designed map bing maps when finished. until now, have inserted google maps on websites. please see 2 images attached mail. that's each floor of mall. these maps urgently need create.

i scanned information supplied on topic.  looks options have been covered.

 

one other option, if need map of stores similar mall of americas might want did , use image map.  can created in flash or html/javascript.  there several plugins available (google “flash image map”, “jquery image map” , “javascript image map”).

there menu (level numbers, zoom , icons). when click on level 2,3 or 4, map changes. can use zoom , click on icons see on map. how that?

 

and  if see search page: http://www.mallofamerica.com/search , can choose category , click on store. inside store there option "level" , when click on automatically redirects exact location on map. great interactivity between map , store's list. how connected map directory? don't understand that.

 

i have been searching on google nothing until now. appreciate , want thank because here professional , expert , learning , experience , knowledge.

now confused. watching today video tutorial terry white (worldwide design evangelist adobe systems, inc. , adobe certified expert) how image map in adobe muse cc - youtube

 

he explained how image map in adobe muse , don´t know if possible make more interactive (with menu level numbers, zoom , icons below it) , want when user clicks on level 2 map changes level. want insert zoom option. interesting.

 

i tried contact mr terry white nothing yet. hope can me. thank reading , thank patience.
