I click the Sign button in the Certify Document window with my digital cert and nothing happens. Document not signed, no error message and the Certify Document window stays up.
i trying sign certify pdf file using microsoft ad pki certificate distributed group policy. when click certify button nothing happens. not error message. using adobe acrobat x pro.
the certificate created sha1 rsa , has these intended usage rights: sign transaction, encrypt keys, microsoft encrypting file system, email protection, , client authentication. have configured under usage options “use signing”.
as far can tell, certificate valid. dates correct, , revocation states it’s valid.
how can troubleshoot problem more? it’s pretty difficult when application doesn’t give error. far, every forum article have read has been unanswered.
i using windows 7 enterprise sp 1 , adobe acrobat x 10.1.14
is there test can digital certificate verify not issue?

is signing certificate in windows certificate store or in acrobat digital ids store? saw posts acrobat x not process correctly certificates in windows certificate store. try add certificate acrobat's digital ids , try sign certificate.
