Adobe please answer my problem. Purchased Elements 14 but vcannot download on to my MacPro as the software indicates it is for Microsoft only - my purchase was for Mac. Please give me an answer as I have spent over one and a half hours trying to get to so

please advise done purchase of elements 14 should have been supplied mac pro. however, download microsoft , therefore cannot proceed place product on computer , purchase looks if has been incorrectly supplied.?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
