My creative cloud window comes up the full size, but the information and tabs and all are super tiny and I can't click on anything...

i went open creative cloud other day premier, can't anything. here's why... don't understand why it's doing this, , can't figure out how fix it.screen shot 2015-11-02 @ 10.46.30 am.png

please close adobe processes activity monitor.

activity monitor: quit process

rename oobe folder user library.

access user ~/library folder in os x mountain lion & os x lion

navigate use library/application support/adobe/oobe

restart computer.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
