Acrobat pro DC won't install because of older versions, all older versions have been uninstalled

uninstalled, restarted, clicked uninstall on creative cloud says it's uninstalling , shows 0% uninstalled completes action. click install , continue same error message.

 

can't installed because of older versions of acrobat. uninstall before installing.

run cleaner tool uninstall acrobat download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs, restart system & install acrobat dc

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
