Contract error violation unable to continue, I more chance to save your work..

i spent hours getting downloaded template  videoblocks intro video sales letter(vsl). right , send render queue , get  "error unable continue. contract violation error". asked save project ,but give different name. need done asap. new , on trial basis,  running out soon. looked in community forum, didn't find needed do, or @ least don't think so???

 

the template said didn't require , plugins when downloaded , answers in forum revolved around plugins , said don't have clue doing. read tutorials , searched issues, why choose use template in first place! set drag , drop. got stuff down directions , trial , err if it's not enough disk space , cache available, can't render, or  renders without sound (even though toggles , switches set on , audio), other rendering errors running out of time. trial period on in 6 days. using windows  7 , mac os10.9? latest software version el  capitan)

 

oh btw, have used both macpro , pc , output in avi , quicktime mov formats, metadata , without, alpha masks , without. times movie great without sound , other times sound without video. fearful during learning process may have corrupted templates how, don't have videoblocks subscription anymore (was trial too) download "original" template.

 

actually original templates missing files after download , ae project opening, "missing files" error shows , files has "converted". end having close file , can't redo wrong, cuz don;t know change, remove or fix "contract error" corrected , can render

 

can tell me what need movie render correctly , playback @ regular speed sound?

you've written lot, said little. can't know. have no info actual project , requirements, don't know version of ae. no exact render settings, no exact system info, no screenshots , not exact error message. sorry, impossible when let people guess around.
