help with streaming

greetings,

we purchased , installed adobe media sarver 5. trying stream video on demand using sample player came server.

 

flv codec:

we able stream flv files through url stream: rtmp://server ip/vod/1, when changed default path our disk using vod definition in ams.ini file. however, seems limited "vod" , unable use other streams, such vod1 , on, in order use different url's stream (this option did in server 3.5 using fms.ini file).

can advise how define (publish) other disks in our server.

 

mp4 codec

about mp4 files, able stream files in "webroot/vod" directory, can't  stream other disk/folder in server. tried find configuration file in can define path without success.

 

we appreciate guidance streaming formats , live video well.

hi,

 

i doing video confrencing through fms working fine

but when trying server on external ip (dmz) video streaming stop after 4-5 minute,  please me out this,

 

why netstreaming.connection.close stop working
