How do I reinstall Acrobat Reader? Installation problems

i uninstalled acrobat reader on pc intention reinstall it. running microsoft windows 7 professional if matters. everytime go reinstall it, message installation failed because saying program has been install on computer. no longer have installed , have deleted files acrobat reader, still saying detects on computer. how can resolve , reinstall latest version? appreciated starting tick me off.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
