Today when trying to open Premier Pro CC I get an error

when tried launching premier cc 2015 got error saying "adobe application manager necessary begin trial version.  download manager link , install it"

 

i downloaded adobe application manager cc , tried install got yet error message saying "the installer cannot start" download adobe support advisor detect problems led me useless support area 1 hour per day can paying customers.

 

first let me not trial user have been paying since 2013 when cc thing started , adobe has never had problem charging me monthly fee , doesn't work , $478 dollars later creative cloud has no data appearing in box connected.

 

i running mac osx 10.9.5.since long ago, have not installed or uninstalled applications or files have no idea wtf happened here.

 

adobe?  here?

a chat session agent may remotely inside computer may help

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
