after effects CS5 shortcut problems "Fit to Comp" and more

i have reinstalled my after effects cs5, because some shortcuts didn't work, but after the reinstallation works they still not.

problem is, both when use the menu appears and when use shortcuts.
how do fix my problem?

are saying using menu not work or saying keyboard shortcut not work.

 

try adding solid comp 200 x 200 pixels. try shortcuts. if solid not fit comp there going on. if trying fit masked layer or text layer or shape layer won't work. fit comp works on layer dimensions , shape layers, text layers , masks not take size size of shape, mask, or text shortcuts not work.

 

if menu works keyboard shortcuts don't work, , clearing out preferences files not fix problem there may wrong keyboard mapping. need test other shortcuts alt/option + p set position keyframe, ctrl/cmnd + d duplicate layer. if none of these work there wrong keyboard settings. open control panel , make sure keyboard related normal.
