Compositon window is only black ccreen.

hi,

 

i installed current version of ae. if start new compositon, can seen black window.

please, how can fix it?

what expecting see?  when create composition there little color swatch @ bottom of comp creation ui choose background color want. default black.  can change in the menu edit>composition settings.  if want no background can click little checkerboard looking switch under preview window.  please don't take wrong way suggest watching basic introduction after effects video on youtube or something.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
