Issues with the SCORM Cloud Preview

hello all:

 

i have built simple random question pool quiz.

 

it runs and, captivate 9 perspective, works fine when previewing locally.

 

 

the issue comes in when attempt preview in scorm cloud. program uploads , runs should. when try results, getting error

the enable reporting in preferences set follows

any ideas problem???

is there chance you've renamed or deleted file civetweb.exe? renaming or deleting file solution issue regarding firewall settings appearing each time captivate 8 , 9 loaded, doing means getting results scorm cloud won't work.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
