Scheduled system maintenance on NA data center - Sunday, Oct 25th 2015

to ensure highest levels of performance , reliability, we've scheduled database servers maintenance on our   north america data center. minimize customer impact, update scheduled @ convenient hours region , take 8 hours complete. during maintenance procedure,  adding or updating content in admin, partner registration, trial site creation, adobe muse publish , admin sections experience 3 interruptions of 15 minutes each on data centers. additionally, sites on north america data center experience 6 minutes of  downtime during maintenance window. except scheduled 6 minutes downtime, website front-ends not impacted maintenance.

 

along maintenance, perform minor maintenance on our au , eu data centers database servers. maintenance not impact use of service, analytics data processing delayed 8 hours. means bc reports show inconsistent data during maintenance.

• start date , time: sunday, oct 25th, 6:30 utc (check data center times)
• duration: targeting 8 hours maintenance window

customer impact:

• partner registration, trial site creation, adobe muse publish , admin sections not available during 3 interruptions on data centers
• additionally, websites , services on na data center experience 6 minutes downtime within maintenance window
