i know can press f11 open full screen view. , can see opens on second monitor if 1 connected. shift+f11 switch toggle second monitor "kind of full screen". it's not quite there because still has tool bars @ top , bottom. can click them collapse, they're not entirely hidden.   how can rid of remains of except image on second monitor? works fine pressing f single monitor, can't work on second monitor. i'd keep lr on primary monitor , use different resolutions both monitors (laptop screen , external projector). only way know off turn on lights-out mode on it. hit l key. keep thin line around image unfortunately. i have 3 users on mac's doing desktop publishing.   we had them on cs5.5 , cs6.   when using these open/edit id datamerge files ease.   now upgraded cc2015, when trying open same documents network files , id crash.  had them test moving these same files network, local drive on mac.  when did files opened fine.  going network copies crash again.   adobe support seems insist problem our network, didnt have problem before upgrade.   does know of solutions this, other getting refunds on our cc2015 accounts , reinstalling older versions of cs.x ? what os? id running ok other this? we had working copy of adobe reader vs. 11.   when ran update dc, no longer open pdfs.   uninstalled dc via usual add/remove programs in windows 8.1 pro, when go reinstall, says software there.  research indicates uninstall not complete, , download , run adobe cleaner.   did that, , when running program, says please wait , appears running, after 15 minutes doing nothing.    so can't run cleaning tool, , can't install reader again.  , of course, can't read pdfs!   now?    thanks. hi miker20333553 ,   uninstall reader dc control panel -> programs & features. restart system & try install reader link adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution .   let me know if works.   regards, aadesh More discussions in Acrobat Reader adobe
